A Lawrence man has been charged with burglary, a prosecutor said, after he broke into a Brighton school over the weekend and stole a computer and cash before he was thwarted by students.

 

Joseph Berrio, 21, pleaded not guilty Monday in Brighton District Court to the burglary charge and was held on $200 bail for the incident at the EF International Language School on Lake Street, Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said in a statement.
